So a friend sent me this link about these two guys who made a bet about whether one of them could get as ripped as this old shot of Ryan. The guy looks pretty damn good - I think he got there, but go check it out.
It looks lilke Ryan is bigger these days, but ripped wise I think those 2 pictures are pretty equal. They might be slightly different in certain areas, some better some worse on both ends.
